As an agent you might have the possibility to access multiple interface through profiles defined by your administrator.
Do I have profiles?
To check if you have profiles simply click on your agent name in the top right corner. Profiles will appear in a drop down list.
Active profile
Your current profile is highlighted in the menu in blue and marked with a tick (eg. "Computer" profile in the picture). Based on the interface it can also be visible directly in the upper right corner under your name.
Change profile
Simply select the profile you want to use by clicking on it. The switch to the new profile is instantaneous, the view will reload according to the settings of the selected profile.
Limitation
You can't change profile while being on a call. You need to end it first.
