If MFA has been enabled for your account:
- Log in to LeadDesk with your username and password as normal.
You will be sent a code, either to your email or as an SMS to your mobile.
- Find the code from your email or SMS and type it in to the Code field.
- Optionally, click to tick Remember device for 30 days. If you do, you will not be prompted or an MFA code when logging in from the same device for 30 days.
- Click the Log in button.
The code will be valid for 10 minutes. If it expires before you log in, or if the code does not arrive, click the Resend code link. Note that this feature is on a timer to avoid repeated clicking. You may need to wait a few seconds for the link to be available.
Users of the Windows Application
If you use LeadDesk's Windows application, rather than the browser, you will need to enable one application setting if you are using MFA:
In the Windows application:
- Click the settings control
at the top of the window.
- Make sure the checkbox for Enable local disk cache is ticked.
