When receiving inbound calls, you can set up your computer to play the ringing tone over your speakers. This might make it easier for your agents to note incoming calls, for instance if they're not right next to the computer.
In the LeadDesk Windows application
If you are using the Windows application:
- Open up the application.
- Click the Speaker/mic icon in the top left of the application window to see the sound controls.
From the sound settings, you will find the "Play ring sound to speaker".
- Click to tick the Play ring sound to speaker check box.
- Click the drop-down list below the check box to select the speaker that you want to use.
