If you are using the B2B app (available from the LeadApp Store) you can assign statuses to the companies you are calling. This article described how to create and change statuses.
Creating a company status
In your Admin account:
- Go to the Projects page.
- Go to the Company status subpage.
- Click the Create button.
- Type a Name for this status.
- If this status will finalize the contact, click to tick the Finalized checkbox.
- Click the Save button.
You will also need to include the new status in the campaign. See this article.
Modifying a company status
In the Company status subpage:
- Click the name of the status in the list.
- Make the changes needed.
- Click the Save button.
Deleting a company status
In the Company status subpage:
- Find the status you want to delete.
- Click the icon.
- You will be asked to confirm. Click the OK button.
