There are two different roles you can assign a user to: Admin and Editor. Only Admins can assign or change roles.
Bot whisperers can be assigned as Editors and they still have full access to educate your organizations bots.
Editor
Editors can:
- Create and edit intents
- View and add the categories of the intents
- View the conversation history
- View and edit unanswered messages
- View and add variables
- View all bot analytics
Here's a handy little screenshot on how Chatbot Studio looks like from an Editors perspective.
Admin
Admins have all the functions editors have. In addition admins can:
- Create and manage channels
- See who has access to the bot
- Add new users
- Deactivate other users
How to edit a users role?
An Admin can edit a users role by clicking "Users" on the left menu. Then on a particular user you want to change the role, you can edit it by clicking on the dropdown menu and selecting correct role. Like so:
Deactivation of a user can be done from the toggle button on the right-hand side. Adding a new user is done by clicking on the "Add user" button on the top-right corner. Make sure to double-check the email address!
