When you are in the Agent view, handling a contactcard, you might run into an unexpected value for a date / time-picker; an example would be in the callback module at the bottom of the contactcard.
If this happens, most likely you're a webbrowser user, logging in with Google Chrome.
For Windows computers:
- If this has worked before, then it is likely tied to the session:
Perform a hard refresh on your browser, by holding down <control> and pressing <F5>. - If this didn't have any effect, please make sure that you have enabled Javascript
- Open Chrome's menu (top right - three dots) and select "Settings".
- Click on the "Show advanced settings..."
- Under "Privacy" click on the "Content settings...".
- Under "JavaScript", select "Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)".
- Click on the "OK" button to close it.
- Refresh your browser session.
For Mac users:
- If this has worked before, then it is likely tied to the session:
Perform a hard refresh on your browser, by holding down <Cmd> and pressing <R>. - If this didn't have any effect, please make sure that you have enabled Javascript
- Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
- Select Preferences.
- Click the Under the Hood tab.
- Click Content Settings in the Privacy section.
- Click JavaScript.
- Check Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended).
- Click Close and then click Close again
