If you have the Chat functionality available, but the menu is not visible, please follow these steps.

| Close down LeadDesk completely. | Log out and use the "X" to close the program. |

Open up your computer's explorer |

| Navigate to your computer's temporary folder. %temp%/callmaker |

| From this folder, find your "browser_cache". Delete all of the content in this folder. |

| Restart your LeadDesk - you should now see the Chat function again. |
