If you are looking for the answer to a specific question, these pages are arranged around where a menu item can be found in the application.
- For example, if you are looking to understand how and Admin can grant an agent access rights to a particular project, you can find it either by searching for "access rights" , or by browsing the Support for Admins category, then the Users and Agents category to find the article Access rights for agents and projects.
However, if you don't know where to start, or what questions to ask, you can use the Onboarding Guide. While the Onboarding site doesn't contain all of the information that can be found in the support pages, they are presented in the order that you are likely to encounter the issue, making them more of a step-by-step guide.
