If you have created a manuscript that agents are using, you may need to review the responses recorded. You can view these either for individual calls, or use a report to view all manuscript results for a project within a date range.
Viewing all results
You can use a report to view all manuscript results for a project within a date range. In your Admin account:
- Go to the Reports page.
- Go to the Overview subpage.
- Click the Create report button in the top-right of the page.
- Click the Report name drop-down list.
- Type enough of the word "manuscript" into the Report name field to find Manuscript results.
- Click to select Manuscript results.
- Click the Time period drop-down list. Remember to create a report that you can save and reuse, choose a Literal Date, for example This week.
- Click the Project drop-down list and select the relevant project. This report does not work if you select All projects.
- Click the Run report button in the top-right of the page.
- If you have used a literal date and wish to save this report to reuse it later, click the Save to shortcuts link.
The report shows a table containing Time of each call, the Agent name, the Phone number used, the name of the Client and their SSN if recorded. It then shows all recorded responses to the fields in the manuscript.
Viewing and editing manuscript responses for a call
If you want to view, and potentially edit, the manuscript responses for a call, you will first need to find it. There are several ways to do this, depending on the information you have about the call.
Finding the call on the Deals page
If you know an approximate date for the call and that the call was given the call ending reason Deal, in your Admin account:
- Go to the Overview page.
- Go to the Deals subpage.
- Click the Time interval start and end fields to select a date range that includes the call.
- Click other filters to narrow the search as needed.
- Click the Use button to apply the filters.
If you have selected the correct filters, the call will appear in the table.
- Click the Customer name to see the call details, including manuscript responses.
Finding the call on the Calls page
If you know an approximate date for the call, in your Admin account:
- Go to the Overview page.
- Go to the Calls subpage.
- Click the Time interval start and end fields to select a date range that includes the call.
- Click other filters to narrow the search as needed.
- Click the Use button to apply the filters.
If you have selected the correct filters, the call will appear in the table.
- Click the Customer name to see the call details, including manuscript responses.
Finding the call using the Search page
If you have other details about the call, in your Admin account:
- Go to the Overview page.
- Go to the Search subpage.
- Type details, then click either Search by number, Search by name, Search by product or Search, depending on what details you have.
- Click to expand the results you want to see.
When you find the call to view:
- Click the customer's Name if you found the call in the Phone numbers or Calls sections. Click View/Edit if you found the call in Orders.
Viewing and editing manuscript responses
However you got to the call details:
- Click the Manuscript tab.
You can view the manuscript and any recorded responses, stepping through the pages of the manuscript with the Next and Previous buttons.
If you need to make changes:
- Click in the field to be updated and make the required changes.
- Click the UPDATE ORDER button at the bottom of the dialog to save any changes you make.
- To close the call details without making changes, click the Close button at the top of the dialog.
