As an Admin, you may occasionally need to log one of your agents out of LeadDesk. To do so, in your Admin account:
- Go to the Overview page.
- Go to the Agent statistics subpage.
- Find the agent to be logged out in the list.
- Click the logout icon to the right hand side of that agent's row.
You will be prompted to make sure you want to log the agent out. If you do:
- Click the Log Out Agent button.
The agent will be logged out of LeadDesk with no warning or visible change on their screen. The next time the agent tries to do anything in their account, they will be dropped to the log in screen with a message that they were forcibly logged out.
