Granting agents access to a project is normally handled through access rights. For outbound call center campaigns, you can, however assign an agent a default campaign. Agents working with Omni for inbound projects are not attached to the project this way.
In you Admin account,
- Go to the Projects page.
- Go to the Project List subpage.
- To create a new project, click Create. You may be prompted to select which type of Project to create. If so, for outbound calling, select Call center campaign.
Alternatively, to edit an existing project, find it in the Project List and click its name.
- Go to the Agent and contact list selections section.
The list of Free agents shows agents who do not currently have a default campaign. The list of Agents in other campaigns shows agents with different default campaigns. To assign this campaign as the agent's default campaign:
- Click to tick the checkbox for the agent. If the agent already has a default campaign, it will be changed to this campaign instead.
