Since much of the day-to-day work in LeadDesk is handled by projects, it will often be useful to examine the performance of projects. For more about projects, see these articles.
In your Admin account:
- Go to the Overview page.
- Go to the Projects subpage.
- If you only want to see the performance for one office, click the Office drop-down list to select it.
As is the case with most of the Overview pages, the information displayed on this page shows the performance for today only.
The table shows a subset of the information on the Overview page for Agents, but collected by project.
Project | The name of the project. |
Agents working | The number of agents who are currently on a call for that project. |
Numbers in contact list | Total of all contact numbers across all contact lists for that project. |
Numbers remaining | Total of all contact numbers that have not been finalised and still have call attempts remaining. |
Answered calls | The number of calls answered for this project - note that this includes calls offered to agents by Progressive or Preview outbound calling. |
Finals | How many times the agents working in this project have selected call ending reasons that finalised a contact. Finalised contacts are no longer active for automatic calling. |
Deals | The number of times an agent working for this project has selected the Deal call ending reason. |
Success rate | Percentage of finalised calls that have the Deal call ending reason. |
