When starting up the installed LeadDesk application, you might get an error message stating "Computer has X unsend audio recordings".
After a phone call, the recording to your phone call is stored temporarily on your computer.
When you close the call, the application will transfer (send) the recording to our server at the first possible moment. This will only happen while the LeadDesk application is open. (You do not need to be logged in.)
If this fails, the recording will remain on your computer, until you open up the application once more. To indicate that this has happened, you will get this pop-up. This does not necessarily mean that something is wrong.
