LeadDesk offers remote support through TeamViewer, we have our own version of TeamViewer called LeadDesk Remote Support. This does not require any username or password and works both for Windows and MacOS.
Install LeadDesk Remote Support
- Navigate to our downloads page.
- Scroll down to Support tools, click LeadDesk Remote Support and click the Download button.
- If prompted, click Run or Save.
- If you chose Save, double-click the download to start installing.
- Follow the steps to install LeadDesk Remote Support, after this is finished, our Support will be able to take remote control of your computer when you are running the application.
