In addition to security updates, this release see the following changes:
Outbound
- Reduced the time calls spend initialising, making all calls in preview, progressive and manual calling quicker to make.
- Fixed a problem in the call history for Outbound and Admin where a single call could be listed multiple times in certain circumstances.
Windows application
- Agents using Outbound or Omni in the LeadDesk Windows application will now see a red banner if they lose connection to their VoIP server, and calling will be disabled until the VoIP reconnects.
Admin
- Sorting the Activity log by hours now works as expected.
Login page
- Tidied up button and field widths so they match again.
