This week sees releases for both branches of LeadDesk Cloud applications.
Release 26.22
Bug fixes and functional improvements
- Omni - The call recording buttons are available for conference calls as intended, even when recording is paused when the call starts.
- Omni - Fixed a problem where callbacks created via a flow were not being shown correctly when opened in the Callbacks page.
- Outbound - The new "Callback" label will now display correctly when closing and reopening callbacks.
- Admin - Updated the styles for the Update outcome dialog in the Overview > Calls page.
