Meeting Calendar
The Meeting Calendar is getting a new release with the following updates:
- Added an option to disable direct meeting URLs in the calendar project settings.
- If there is a problem with the synchronisation for a calendar, the booker and organiser will receive notifications that they should resynchronise, or in some cases recreate their synchronisation.
- Added a tooltip in the meeting calendar email template editor, explaining that the Sender name and email cannot be over-ridden if the calendar is synchronised.
- Fixed a problem where a network delay could cause a calendar appointment to be created in the LeadDesk calendar but not the external one.
- Calendar will now check to see if virtual meetings are enabled in the synchronised calendar every time a synchronisation occurs. This allows updates in the status of virtual meetings in the external calendar to be reflected in LeadDesk, as expected.
- Fixed a problem with message tags in templates when "Replace meeting description with text from template" calendar project option is enabled. Template tags will now be converted as intended.
