- Fixed a problem where the weighting for a contact list in an outbound call center project could be lost if the contact list was also associated with an Omni customer service project.
Omni
- Changed the behaviour when the agent clicks End chat for a webchat. Previously, the agent could type further messages even after ending the chat, but the messages would not be delivered as the chat was ended for the customer. Now the chat is ended at both sides, as intended.
Original API
- Original APIv1 now supports adding the same product multiple times in the same order, in line with the new Products & Orders behaviour.
