As well as security updates, this release includes:
Admin
- Added a new setting in Omni customer service projects that allows caller information to be shown for assisted transfers. This means if an agent receives a transferred call from another agent they can see the original caller information.

- The Inbound routes page no longer shows deleted projects in the Project/URL column. Instead you will see Project deleted.

Project flow
- Removed the option to rename the Voicemail outcome, as intended.
Outbound
- Agents can view, edit and call the contact for orders they created, even if they can no longer access the project associated with that order. They still can't call the contact if the project has been deleted.
- Fixed an issue in the new Products and Orders section where clicking on the labels for one option could update a different option.
- Optimised database queries, improving response time for pages such as History and Orders.
- When call blending is on, the Incoming Call dialog shows the queue the call came from, as intended.
Omni
- Agents can now search for conversations using the conversation ID.
- Introduced a new way of handling third party messages which improves certain integrated solutions.
- Contacts created as a result of gathering contact details from a flow will now show the gathered information as expected.
- Fixed a problem that was generating a "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 0)" error.
