As well as security updates, this release includes:
Admin
- In the Activity log, you can no longer create a new activity for an agent with the same start time as existing activity for that agent.
- In the Contact Management tool, the contact lists you select as Source cannot now also be selected as a list to filter again. This prevents, for example, comparing a list against itself and identifying all contacts as duplicates.
- A new setting is visible in the Project page's Settings for Websocket server. This is intended for future development, but at this time does nothing.
Omni
- The Load more history button will display correctly when there is more history to see.
- When a contact has multiple email addresses, replies will now be sent to the address the contact used to send their message, rather than defaulting to the contact's first email address.
Mobile
- Recording an outcome for a call using the mobile interface will now record the correct time for that event, instead of defaulting to GMT.
Outbound
- Predictive robots calling callbacks will correctly respect waiting periods assigned from outcomes for those callbacks.
- Fixed a problem where changing the project selection could result in the phonebook not working for inbound calls.
- Fixed an issue that prevented agents listening to other agents' call recordings despite having the necessary permissions.
