Omni
- Updates and fixes for the conference call feature in Omni:
- The phonebook now only shows entries which have an associated phone number.
- Improved the validation of the Manual option for dialing - now won't call if the number contains invalid characters, and won't let you call a number which is already on the conference call.
- Pressing Esc to close the conference call dialog will no longer hide the call button the next time you open the conference call dialog.
- Fixed a problem where a customer deleting a webchat conversation could cause problems when the agent tries to open that conversation in Omni.
- Agents using Switchboard and other tools built with the LeadApp API will now be able to make calls with them, as intended.
Admin
- Admins will now be logged out automatically if they are idle for 30 minutes. This improves security, and reporting of active users.
- Improved the information available on the General Settings page. API subpage. You will now see your LeadDesk client ID, the root URLs for both Original API and Rest API with links to documentation.
Outbound
- If the Admin has set the contact's phone number as non-editable, the Change number button is no longer available in progressive calling.
- Fixed a case for clients using an API to transfer calls, agents will no longer see an outdated call transfer dialog.
- The Find contacts dialog no longer tries to add an empty phone number to the contact, if the agent searched for a phone number containing only a comma or dot.
