Outbound
- A new option is available for agents using the browser version of the Outbound interface that lets agents keep their microphone active when waiting for inbound calls. Found on the Settings page, this will increase the microphone responsiveness when a new inbound call arrives, but can reduce audio quality between calls (for example if agents listen to music between calls).
An equivalent setting has previously been available only on the Windows application version of the Outbound interface. - Update to the dialog agents see when an outcome they select would send one or message templates. Unless the messages are set to auto-send, agent can choose and edit the messages individually.
- Calendar templates will correctly display any included contact details, as intended.
- Agents working on one project but receiving calls associated with another project will see and use the correct manuscript for the inbound call queue, as intended.
- Fixed a problem with inbound calls when the contact phone number has been set as non-editable. Saving a new contact card for a new inbound number will correctly save the phone number to the new contact card and orders.
- Fixed a rare problem which could cause the agents' contact list view to not show contacts.
Admin
- Added a new client-wide setting to specify the number of decimal places used to display prices in the Product and Product commissions pages, and in orders. The default for this is to show prices to three decimal place (for example €99,123) contact support if you want to change this (for example to show two place, €99,12).
- Using bulleted lists in manuscripts will no longer add unexpected extra white space.
- In a recent update we introduced the option to remove the invoice information page from Admins. We have extended this, such that if this has been switched off for an Admin they will also not see billing-related notifications.
Omni
- Improved handling of LeadApp API commands in custom views.
- Omni conversations that include third party notifications will display correctly without errors.
