Outbound
- Fixed an issue when switching between contact lists, which occasionally left you seeing contacts from the original list, rather than the one you chose.
- Improved a recent update that reconnects VoIP connections after disconnecting. An attempt to reconnect VoIP will be made every five seconds until successful.
- Improvements to the search function when looking for contacts.
Omni
- Searching in Omni now works on pressing Enter as well as clicking the Search button, a small, but much requested update!
- Improved previewing of search results.
- Fixed an unintended issue with a recent update to email formatting that resulted in canned messages incorrectly being inserted at the end of the message. Canned messages will be inserted correctly again.
- Updated email validation rules to allow for multiple domain levels in email addresses.
Stagelight
- Improved responsiveness of Stagelight's real time data for clients with large numbers of agents or events.
Admin
- Normally, the Billing information shows for Admins. This can now be switched off for clients whose Admins are not involved with billing.
Language updates
We are making changes to important terms in the application. These will not change the function of the application, just the in-application language. This will affect users who use the application in English first, over time localisations for other languages will be updated.
- Call ending reasons are being renamed to Outcomes.
- Campaigns in Outbound are changing to Projects.
