Omni
- Agents are now able to "snooze" an active contact. Snoozed contacts will drop off the agent's Active contacts, freeing up capacity. The contact will wake up after a certain amount of time or if a new message arrives. The agent can also wake up the contact manually. For more information see the support article Snoozing conversations.
- Replaced the View in full screen option from messages in the History, with a Show all link. This will expand the text of the message inside the contact's history, allowing agents to continue to use other elements of the interface with the message expanded. Click Show less to collapse the message again.
- When writing an email, agents with access to multiple projects with different email addresses for their Email sender can now select which email address they are sending from.
- When writing an email, if an agent wants to remove text formatting (bold, italic, underline), they can now select the text and click the formatting button to remove it.
- Fixed some localisation errors in Omni's Search function.
- Fixed an issue that could prevent webchat authentication.
Admin
- Admins can set the default duration for contacts who have been snoozed. The setting can be set for each message channel queue.
- Fixed an error that could occur with defining a call ending reason to move a contact to a contact list.
- Fixed a rare case that could make Contact lists unavailable.
