Your customer or client might experience that your calendar invitations are put in their spam inbox.
To avoid this, we recommend that your customer applies some filter on their e-mail software.
G-mail example:
1. Log in to your Gmail account, click the "Gear" icon at the right top. Select "Settings".
2. From the Settings menu, select "Filters and Blocked Addresses" (1)
3. At the bottom of the page, open up "Create a new filter" (1).
4. In the filter, add "leaddesk.com" to the "From" field (1),
5. Select "Create filter with this search >>" (2).
6. In the filter view, select the following:
- "Never send it to Spam" (1),
- "Always mark it as important" (2, optional),
- "Categorise as:" - "Personal" (3, note that you can also choose another inbox),
7. Click "Create filter" (4).
Outlook example:
1. Open the "Home" tab (1),
2. Click the "Junk" dropdown (2),
3. Choose the "Junk E-mail Options..." (3).
4. Open the "Safe Senders" tab (1),
5. Click the "Add..." button (2),
6. Insert "@leaddesk.com" as a safe domain (3),
7. Click "OK" (4),
8. Click "Apply" (5),
9. Click "OK" (6).
