As well as generating reports in the moment when you need them, you can also create reports that will be sent to one or more people following a regular schedule. To do so, you will need to set up the report as normal, then save it as a shortcut (see Creating and using report shortcuts).
Once you have a shortcut set up, you can define a schedule. In your Admin account:
- Go to the Reports page.
- Go to the Overview subpage.
You will see a list of your report shortcuts.
- Click the report you want to schedule.
The report will be generated. To set it to automatically repeat:
- Click the Schedule automatic report sending
button in the toolbar in the top right.

The report will be sent to the nominated recipients on the schedule you have defined.
Editing and removing scheduled reports
You can edit or delete a report schedule.
- Go to the Reports page.
- Go to the Overview subpage.
- Click the report you have scheduled.
- Make whatever changes you need and click Save, or click Delete if you no longer need the report sending.
