The AI Call Summariser is a report which helps you:
- Evaluate and coach agents.
- Track the performance of projects.
- Reduce time spent listening to calls or reading call transcripts.
You can specify which calls to view with the report, choosing a date range and potentially a specific project or agent. As well as some basic call information, the report will show:
- The outcome of the call.
- A short summary of the call.
- A full transcript of the call.
The report can be exported to an xls or csv file.
How to get the AI Call Summariser
The AI Call Summary Report can be purchased from the LeadApp store. Click the Activate button to add it to your available report options.
Using the AI Call Summary report
To see the summaries of your agents' calls, in your Admin account:
- Go to the Reports page.
- Go to the Overview subpage
- Click the Create report button.
- Click the Report name drop-down list and search for the AI Call Summary Report.
- Click the Time period drop-down list and select either a LITERAL DATE, for example Yesterday, or select Numeric date to select your own date range. Note that if your agents handle many calls in a day, you may not want to set this date range too broadly.
- Optionally, click the Project drop-down to select a specific project.
- Optionally, click the Agents drop-down to select a specific agent.
- You can also scroll down to the Custom filters section and click to select the outcomes you are interested in.
- Once you have defined the report, click the Run report button to generate the report.
Alternatively, you can click Export report to save the output as a file, or (if you used a literal date) you can click Save to shortcuts to save this report to reuse later.
