In Stagelight, you will see an indicator when an agent is recording a voice receipt. This lets you listen to the call when agents are recording a voice receipt, yo check that all rules are being followed. See Listening to calls in Stagelight.
In Stagelight, when the agent is recording a voice receipt:
- The icon
will appear to the left of the agent's name.
- The indicator will disappear when the agent finishes the voice receipt.
