Stagelight provides you options to show your information in the way that is useful to you. You can choose how to group, filter and sort the agent lists to allow you to focus on the information that is most important to you.
For more information about opening Stagelight and what it shows by default, see What is Stagelight?
Limited release: This article refers to a new feature which is not fully released, to give a preview of what to expect. Contact your account manager if you are interested in early access. This note will be removed once Stagelight is available to all clients.
Grouping by Office or Project
At the top of Stagelight is a Group by option. This determines whether you see the agent list based on the office they work in or the project they are working on.

Filtering for specific offices or projects
By default, Stagelight will show all agents across all offices or projects that you have access to, depending on your selection for Group by. If you have a lot of offices or projects, you may want to filter the list to focus on just a few.
- Click the Office or Project drop-down list next to your Group by selection.
- Click to deselect the offices/projects you do not need to see.
- Alternatively, click Clear all, then click to tick the offices/projects you want to see.
The Office or Project field will show how many you selected, the name if you selected only one option, or All if you clicked Select all.
Note that, depending on your screen size, Stagelight automatically arranges your list into columns if you have many options selected. If you select only a few, the view may revert to arranging into one column again.
Sorting the list
You can sort the list by Agent, Activity, Duration or either Office or Project, depending on your Group by selection. The chosen sort is applied to all groups.
- Click the Sort by drop-down list and select the column to sort on.
- Click the buttons to the right of the drop-down list to choose ascending or descending order.
Filtering for specific projects
IF you have grouped by office, within a particular office, you may not be interested in seeing agents working on some projects.

Likewise, if you have grouped by project, you can use this option to filter out agents working in certain offices.
