Whenever you have a contact's details on screen, you can add a note to the contact's history. This might be to record what you have spoken about in a call, or to record information the next agent to deal with the contact may find useful.
- Click to go to the Note tab.
- Type your note.
Notice that notes are text only, with no formatting controls.
You can use canned messages by clicking the button to select from the available templates.
- Because notes are text only, any formatting or images in the canned message will be dropped.
- Any tags in the canned message will be converted correctly.
- Click
to add the note to the contact's History.
