In the top-right corner of the Omni interface is the agent's name.
- Click the agent's name to open a menu which lets you update your status, switch profile (if enabled), and log out.
Agent statusTo set yourself as Away:
This will immediately set your status to Passive. You can change to a more specific away reason, see Changing your away status, below. Agent profileIf your Admin has enabled different profiles for your account, the menu will include a PROFILE section:
Profiles let you switch between different LeadDesk agent interfaces. Your Admin may have used different names than the ones listed here. Logging outTo log out of LeadDesk:

Changing your away status
- Click the Choose reason of absence drop-down list.
- Click to select the appropriate reason. The available reasons will be defined by an Admin. Your list will likely appear different from the options shown here.
When you are ready to be online again:
- Click the X in the top-right of the Away dialog.
