Some call centers work on behalf of sponsors. The sponsor might provide contact lists to be called, or might define products or services to be offered.
To make providing feedback to your sponsor as simple as possible, you can allow your sponsors to look at your center's statistics in real time. To aid this, sponsors can be associated with contact lists, projects or products.
