There are two different options for sourcing VoIP accounts for LeadDesk:
- If you have a LeadDesk VoIP account your VoIP settings should be automatic.
Contact LeadDesk support for changes or quality issues. - If you have your own VoIP provider who provides sip accounts, your administrator should enter your settings:
Admin Panel > General Settings > VoIP
Admin Panel > Agents > add VoIP account to the desired agent
