Flows give you a set of powerful tools which, when combined, allow you control over calls or messages without needing intervention from an agent.
Basic and Advanced flows
A starting environment has access to basic flows, which allow you to create greetings and send the call or message to a specific queue. For the full range of options, you will need access to Advanced flows, available from the LeadApp store.

- To enable gain access, click the button.
To confirm the request:
- Type the username and password for your Admin account for the environment.
- Click the Activate button.
Your request will be submitted to LeadDesk.
