If you have defined multiple buttons as actions for your intent, you may find yourself needing to change the order of the buttons in the chat from time to time. Perhaps customers are all clicking on the first button even when that is not the option they need, and you want to see if reordering the buttons might solve the problem.
While editing your intent, or creating a new one:
- Click in the header for the box defining the button you want to move (in the screenshot, in the header 2. Button)
- Drag the box to the position in the list where you want it to display.
