Your Admin can optionally enable voicemail for agents. If an inbound call is directed to you while you are not available, the caller will hear a voice mail greeting and can leave a message, a link to which will be emailed to you. For more information on the Admin side of this, see Setting up a voicemail for an agent.
On the agent side, you must enable voicemail in the Settings page:
- Click the page from the left-hand menu to go to the Settings page.
- In the Not reachable destination section, click the Destination drop-down list and select the Voicemail option, which should include your email address.
- In the Voicemail greeting section, click the Record link to record the voicemail greeting.
