New customers
If you are new to LeadDesk and starting with Omni from day one, it will need to be activated by contacting LeadDesk support.
Existing customers
Click this link to go to the Omni page on the LeapApp store (will open in a separate tab).
- To enable Omni, click the
button in the top right.
To confirm the request:
- Type the username and password for your Admin account for the environment.
- Click the
button.
Your request will be submitted to LeadDesk. Activation of Omni may take a few business days.
Once you have Omni activated, the first thing to consider is Creating a Sponsor for your Omni activity.
