LD Admin - JavaScript error in the admin panel

Please first check these:

  • Are you using a supported internet-browser? We recommend using Chrome.
  • Are you using a secure protocol (HTTPS:// instead of HTTP://); you can check this by reviewing the address in the address bar.
  • Is your internet-browser up to date?
  • Does your internet-browser have any extensions (e.g., ad blockers, security extensions) that could cause the problem? Please deactivate them to verify.

Kindly make sure that the LeadDesk URL looks like this: https://login.leaddesk.com
Please remove any additional text behind it (bad example https://login.leaddesk.com/r78.9.1/)

  • Use <control> <F5> to reload the page OR
  • Hold down <shift> while you press the reload icon in your browser.
