A smaller release this time with a few fixes for quality of life.
- In Omni, particularly long contact names were pushing the Answer and Reject call buttons out of the call dialog. We’ve made the box bigger, now it can support first and surnames of up to 50 characters each.
- In Outbound, if an agent rejected a call, then opened a contact from the contact list, they could not close the contact card without first refreshing the browser. A refresh is no longer necessary, and the contact card closes normally.
- In Admin, the Overview page’s Inbound queues was misreporting agents using the External UI as busy when they were waiting for a call. This has now been fixed.
- In the Admin, the widgets on Overview page’s Dashboard should let you move directly to further information by clicking on the icon in the top-right. Clicking on the for the Agent Intensity Today widget was incorrectly taking you to a blank Reports page. Now it will take you, as planned, to the Overview’s Agents subpage.
