Release 65 includes some changes for a relatively small audience. Most users will probably not notice the difference, but for those who need these updates, they are important. They include:
- The call queues information in Admin’s Inbound Queues page now refreshes every 10 seconds, as originally intended, instead of every minute.
- Closed the phone number box for manual calls in Omni.
- And now, LeadDesk lets you be in two meetings at once! Or at least, the Calendar module now lets you book appointments that overlap.
