The largest update in r64 you have probably noticed already. The new login screen is more streamlined, and lets us keep you up to date with new LeadDesk services and features. Also, it looks really clean, elegant and sophisticated.
Other fixes and improvements
- Made the error message more informative in the rare case that you have too many contact lists!
- Fixed a problem in the new Outbound where it could fail to create orders if an agent took a call from a campaign other than the one they had selected.
- If you had an empty contact list attached to a campaign, reordering the contact lists for the campaign could fail. This is now fixed.
- Fixed a problem if you tried to create an Agent Group with no name. You will now receive an error message, as expected.
- Improved the response time when loading a contact’s history in Omni.
- Improved the communication when logging out of the External and Mobile interfaces.
