In your Admin account, on the Overview page, select Inbound queues. New information is now being reported for Omni queues, showing number of agents and their status.
Click on the queue’s name to drill down for more details.
- Continuing the work with filtering data for Team leaders, they can now filter data in various Overview pages by campaign or office.
- Update to the way Mobile and External agents’ activity is updated, allowing their status being properly reported in the dashboard.
