The name of the Outbound user interface was changed to Legacy Outbound. The name change sets the table for the future release of the new version of the Outbound user interface, witch will be called Outbound. If you are interested to test the new version right away, please contact our support to make it available for you.
User profile selections were made available for Talk and the new Outbound user interface. Now it is possible to switch profiles on all of the UIs.
The light theme of the Legacy Outbound UI is now a dimmer. This makes the usage of it more pleasant when working with a very bright screens.
Omni improvements
- The holding time for call recordings can be set also for inbound project. The setting can be in the Recording setting section of the inbound project.
- Agent can send a blind copy (Bcc) of an email. First open the recipients fields (1) and then click Bcc option (2) to see the Bcc field (3).
API updates
There is a new API call for activating and deactivating a queue for an agent. Also, the API call to receive campaigns was improved with a sorting option.
