Fixes and improvements
- Agents could not do simulated calls on the callback window. This is now fixed.
- Small fixes in the email template editor: As inserted media caused errors in the process, the functionality was disabled. Sometimes the editor added empty lines in the message body. This was fixed too.
- Omni users can now add inbound routes for calls. The admin can select the route to be added from available inbound phone numbers.

When sending email with Omni the to field (receiver address) was not filled automatically with the email address of the contact. This did not happen when replying an email. This is fixed and the address is there.
