We are continuously working towards bringing a better user experience for agents and admins while using LeadDesk.
Starting Monday 18th of November we start rolling out a user interface update to both the admin dashboard and admin widgets. Roll-out should be completed by Friday 22nd, when all clients are expected to have the new style in use. This is a first step to make the look and feel of the UI more modern. In the coming weeks we will also update the look of various listing views / datatables.
The change won’t affect any functionalities, only the design.
