Admin
- Added a new message tag available in email message templates. inbound.date will be converted to the date the received email was sent. This can be used in flows for the Reply applet as well as by agents.
- Changed the ways agent activities are recorded, particularly for agents working across multiple projects in Omni. This will improve the accuracy of agent activity logs in Admin.
Omni
- Added support for the new inbound.date tag in message templates. When used in response to an email, it will be converted to the date the received email was sent. If there is no email, it will be converted to blank.
- Fixed a problem that could prevent agents from successfully opening a webchat in some circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where a newly added note in a webchat might not be displayed immediately.
- Fixed a problem for notes that could occasionally result in a "Cannot read properties of undefined" error message.
Outbound
- If the project the agent is working on has no associated Products, the button to create an order will not be available on the Orders page.
