- Fixed a problem which could prevent the Orders tab being available during a call.
Omni
- Fixed a problem where switching from the Outbound page to Inbound could prevent inbound calls being correctly offered to the agent.
- Fixed a problem with merging contacts that could cause further conversations with the merged contact not be able to set a default queue.
- Changed the way timestamps for webchats are created, making it easier for agents to identify a particular chat in a contact's history.
Admin
- Project web address will be saved as intended even when the project is updated by a user without access to the correct access rights for the Optional settings.
