As well as security updates this release includes:
Windows application
- A new alert will be shown if the version of the LeadDesk Windows application you are using is too old. If you see this message, please download the latest version of the application from https://leaddesk.com/downloads/
Admin
- ProjectFlow now supports undo and redo edit commands. For more on this and other recent updates to the ProjectFlow interface, see Managing groups of outcomes in ProjectFlow.
Outbound
- Agents with access to the Contact List tab can now filter the list so that contacts currently on a waiting period are not shown. This will help ensure contacts on a waiting period are not called manually.
- Agents can now call from the Orders page regardless of the contact list status (detached, archived, or deleted).
- Agents will see a notification on certain outbound pages if the number of contacts to be displayed exceeds a limit.
- Agents will now see a warning when the amount of disk space available to LeadDesk is not enough to handle call recordings. This does not affect the agent's ability to make or receive calls, but those calls will not be recorded.
- Fixed an issue where call recordings could occasionally fail to save locally. Recording storage is now more reliable, including during rapid call sequences and network interruptions.
- Fixed an issue that could result in a webhook being called twice for the same call.
Omni
- Improved the handling of webchats where the customer temporarily disconnects. Instead of ending the chat after a temporary disconnect, it will now be suspended for a period and can be revived when the customer reconnects. The chat will still be ended automatically if the suspension lasts too long.
Stagelight
- Fixed a problem that could cause Stagelight to lose access to realtime data.
