As well as security updates, this release includes:
Outbound
- This release includes an update to Products and Orders. For full details see Using the new Products and Orders.
Omni
- If you attempt to login in to Omni when you are already logged in elsewhere, you can now close the active session on the other tab/browser/device, and work from your new location. Note that doing so will close any active calls in the original window.
- Fixed a problem where starting Omni in a new tab/browser/device could set the agent as unavailable.
- If an agent searches for a contact, adds them to their active list, then creates a note, a new conversation will be created to hold that note, instead of automatically adding the note to the most recent conversation.
Admin
- In the settings for Projects, in the Recording settings section, if you set the Recording holding time to a lower value, you will be notified that doing so will result in some recordings being discarded.

Call recording
- Fixed an issue where uploading large call recordings from local backup could cause out-of-memory errors and browser crashes. The system now reads audio files in smaller chunks (5MB), significantly reducing memory usage and preventing browser crashes when uploading long recordings.
