Admin
- Added a notification center icon for Admins to show system messages.
- Fixed a recent problem with the Overview > Deals page, which prevented Admins from bulk updating orders.
- Editing a date range for callbacks in a project's Callback Settings will now show start dates in the past if set as such, rather than defaulting to today's date. Projects > Project list
Stagelight
- Fixed an issue with listening to calls in progress what could give a page not found error.
MFA
- Fixed a problem where using MFA could result in some LeadApps not being loaded correctly.
Omni
- Agents are now able to call a contact back in the same conversation.
- When agents click on the End Call button, all currently selected events in the conversation are deselected, making it easier to see the red highlight for events and notes that have not been categorised.
- Improvements to searching. Better matching for contacts with multiple email addresses, keywords no longer have to be at the beginning of text
- Agents will no longer be able to open multiple tabs logging in to Omni as the same agent, as intended. This is to prevent unpredictable behaviour in certain circumstances (for example if the agent were to be set as ready for inbound in one tab, and not in another).
- Fixed an issue for outbound calls to contacts with multiple phone numbers in local (i.e. not international) format, where call to one number might be recorded against another.
- Fixed a problem opening a call from history with no conversation associated.
